RUNNING DIARY

Click on picture for larger view!!

RUNNING DIARIES are a great way to keep track of your workouts, physical stats, performance improvements/setbacks, racing times, emotions, the weather, what you had to eat that day etc. etc. etc. Sometimes you might even forget that your coach is reading this very personal information.
There are many on-line websites that provide these sports specific Diaries/Journals/Logs.
URG uses Training Peaks . What do you use?
Aaron and Derrick use Attack Point .

Aaron, Attack Point looks interesting. It appears that you can see other peoples daily logs and also leave messages. Is that correct? TrainingPeaks may have such options but I have not figured it out yet.

yikes...scary indeed. Especially with the video options on TrainingPeaks now!

Aaron, I think I fixed some of that "creepy" quality you were speaking of(I lost SAM's chest fur). I do think their matching collars are cute though: )

OK does anyone else use a different method for keeping a Running Diary?

I held onto a paper log for the longest time (have one since 1982), then finally switched to an online log. I started with just using my blog, then tried athleticore. I like Trainingpeaks for the interaction between coach and client options, plus all the bells and whistles that can be added.

For me though, I do like attackpoint as well as it's basic, quick and easy. It's also kind of like facebook for runners...not sure if that's good or bad, but certainly motivating and keeps you honest.
